China Tobacco Sichuan Launches New Tobacco Opinion Leader Project

On April 16, China Tobacco Sichuan officially launched its opinion leader outreach project for new tobacco consumers, aiming to better understand product feedback and shifting demand in the heated tobacco market.
On the afternoon of April 16, with the last batch of packages sent out, the "Consumer Opinion Leader Promotion Project" for new tobacco products by Sichuan Tobacco officially launched.
 
In recent years, public health awareness has been continuously improving, and the new tobacco products industry is thriving. To adapt to changing consumer demands and understand the feelings of consumer groups, especially some opinion leaders (KOLs) regarding the products, has become particularly important. This promotion project has selected 20 cultural figures from across the country, including renowned writers, poets, philosophers, cultural critics, economists, professors from prestigious universities, founders and editors of famous publications, commentators from CCTV's finance channel, independent publishers, curators, senior media professionals, and influential online personalities. Each of these individuals is a heavyweight figure with significant influence.
 
After obtaining consent from these cultural celebrities, the new tobacco products in the research and development stage were promptly delivered to them for initial tasting and feedback. This is another initiative by Sichuan Tobacco to focus on the industry's high-quality development requirements, guided by the market, and to achieve seamless integration of technology, brand, and market through consumer demonstration. The initial phase of this project is planned to last three months, with upgrades and deepening based on actual conditions in the later stages.
